Our beautiful Visitors Bureau is equipped with everything you need to plan your visit to Loudon County and East Tennessee! We have a friendly, knowledgeable staff with many resources at their disposal to make Loudon County a perfect destination.

The Visitors Bureau also has a wonderful meeting facility suitable for gatherings of up to 58 guests. There are kitchen and restroom facilities and ample parking for gatherings of all types. Schedule your event by filling out the form below. Our staff is looking forward to serving you!


Our mission is to develop and promote tourism programs compatible with Loudon County’s ability and desire.

The Loudon County Visitors Bureau (LCVB) is an affiliate organization of the Loudon County Chamber of Commerce. The LCVB is a non-profit organization funded by governmental bodies within Loudon County. The LCVB is managed by the Executive Director and assistance from the LCVB Board of Directors and Chamber President.

The Loudon County Visitors Bureau Board of Directors is made up of up to 24 members representing all areas of Loudon County, from business, industry, and government, with specific recruitment of representatives from travel serving businesses. The LCVB Board of Directors meets on the second Thursday of the month at 7:30 a.m. at the Visitors Center. Guests are welcome and invited to attend.
