Calhouns in Lenoir City
Continuing celebration of ‘Keep the Tennessee River Beautiful Month,’ this event will also be held on National Public Lands Day. Volunteers will meet up at the boat ramp in Lenoir City Park, 6707 City Park Drive.
Living Lands & Waters will partner at this event, bringing five boats to take volunteers to along Fort Loudon Lake shorelines. Our new KTNRB boat will be part of the cleanup, too! TVA and TDOT are the event’s primary sponsors.
Around 11:30 a.m., the boats will head over to Calhoun’s in Lenoir City. The boats will dock at the restaurant for volunteers to enjoy lunch before being boated back to Lenoir City Park.
